This license covers everything in this repository and in its release archives: the chiron-estimate
program (the "Software"), the agent skill (SKILL.md), the MCP tool definitions and interface, the
installer, the integration files and the documentation (together, the "Materials").

1. Ownership. ChironVision Inc. ("Chiron") and its licensors own the Materials. No rights are
   granted except those stated in this license.

2. Evaluation use. Chiron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable,
   revocable license to download, install and run the Software, and to use the other Materials with
   it, on your own systems, to evaluate Chiron's log consolidation on data you are entitled to use.
   This is for internal evaluation only: not for production use, and not for the benefit of third
   parties.

3. Copies. You may make the copies needed to install and run the Materials for this purpose,
   including the copy the installer places in your agent's skill or rules folder. You may share the
   Materials within your own organization for the same evaluation.

4. Restrictions. You may not (a) sell, license, rent, lease, host or otherwise make the Materials
   available to anyone else, or publish or distribute them, except as section 3 allows; (b) modify
   the Materials or create derivative works of them; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble
   the Software, or try to extract its source code, models or rule packs, except where law forbids
   this restriction; (d) remove or change any copyright or license notice; (e) use the Materials to
   build or train a competing product or service; or (f) publish or disclose to any third party any
   benchmark, performance or comparison results of the Materials without Chiron's prior written
   consent.

5. Third-party components. The Software includes third-party open source components, each under its
   own license. Those licenses apply to those components and are not changed by this license.

6. Feedback. If you give Chiron feedback about the Materials, Chiron may use it without restriction
   or payment.

7. Term. This license lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it, and Chiron may
   end it by notice at any time. On termination you must stop using the Materials and delete all
   copies. Sections 1, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.

8. No warranty. THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT. Estimates the Software produces are indicative and are not a commitment of
   results or savings.

9. Limitation of liability. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CHIRON IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
   INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA,
   ARISING FROM THE MATERIALS, EVEN IF TOLD OF THE POSSIBILITY. CHIRON'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY
   ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE MATERIALS WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

10. General. [Governing law and venue: to be set by counsel.] You will comply with applicable U.S.
    export control and sanctions laws in using the Materials. If a provision is unenforceable, the
    rest stays in effect. You may not assign this license without Chiron's consent. This license is
    the whole agreement about the Materials.
